Founded by Nathalie Ballout - Sustainable Fashion Designer turned Fitness Instructor. Combining her passions for fashion and fitness Eight Movement was born on the 8th of December 2023.
Eight Movement is a wellness brand designed to empower women to feel strong and confident through sustainable activewear and a commitment to overall well-being.
Inspired by the symbolism of the number 8, representing balance, strength, and infinity, Eight Movement encourages women to embrace a harmonious approach to life through its eight pillars: Movement, Community, Mindset, Growth, Balance, Empowerment, Sustainability, and Nourishment.
Each pillar reflects our dedication to creating a supportive community and fostering a healthy, balanced lifestyle for women both physically and mentally.

Our Founder
Nathalie Ballout graduated from the London College of Fashion in 2015 and started her career with a high-end slow fashion brand, creating wearable art through up cycled denim and hand-crafted techniques. Through her work, she promoted diversity and independence as it helped her develop new things and represent the incredible spectrum of every individual in the world. Her work has been featured in Vogue, i-D, Evening Standard, GQ, Vanity Fair and many more.
Since the pandemic hit, Nathalie continued her consistency and sustainability ethos in a different industry which led her to start Body by Bunny which is an online fitness platform empowering the minds, bodies, and souls of women globally, by creating sustainable habits, and positive results while building an inclusive community. Combining her fashion design skills and love for fitness, it was evident that a lifestyle brand and activewear line was the next venture.
